One of our favorite traditions is back.
For eight years, our annual photoshoot has given us the opportunity to reconnect with our clients, watch families grow, meet new additions, and capture a little piece of life along the way.
We’re so excited to continue the tradition and invite our current and past clients to join us for the 8th Annual CA Real Estate Group Client Appreciation Photoshoot.
This year, we’ll be gathering at beautiful Heritage Park in Santa Fe Springs, where the gardens, greenery, rustic charm and historic buildings will create a beautiful backdrop for your photos.

Whether it’s the whole family, just the two of you, the kids, your furry family members, or simply an updated photo of yourself, we’d love to capture it.
This complimentary event is our way of thanking you for your continued trust, support and referrals throughout the years. We truly value the relationships we’ve built with our clients long after the keys have been handed over.
Your Complimentary Mini Session
What’s Included
10–15 Minute Photo Session
A relaxed mini session for you, your family, or whoever you’d like to bring.
5–7 Professionally Edited Photos
You’ll receive high-resolution digital images to download and keep.
Professional Photography
We’re excited to welcome back Erin of Captured Grace Photography.
Approximately 2-Week Turnaround
Your professionally edited photos will be delivered digitally after the event.
Pets Are Welcome
Your furry family members may join the photos. Dogs must remain leashed at all times while at Heritage Park.
Props Are Welcome
Props are encouraged if you’d like to add a little personality to your photos.
Snacks and Water
Complimentary individually bagged snacks and bottled water will be available for guests.

This complimentary client appreciation event is exclusively for current and past CA Real Estate Group clients. Appointments are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
How Reservations Work
When you register, you’ll select your preferred photoshoot time and a backup time.
We’ll do our best to accommodate your first choice; however, requested times are not guaranteed.
Jennifer will email you separately to confirm your actual photoshoot time.
Your appointment is not confirmed until you receive your confirmation email from Jennifer.
Space is limited • First come, first served
Photoshoot Day Details
Check-In
Please arrive approximately 10 minutes before your confirmed photoshoot time. This will give you enough time to park, walk to our event area, check in and get everyone photo-ready.
Once you arrive at Heritage Park, look for our CA Real Estate Group event signs directing you to the check-in table.
Parking
There are two parking lots along Ontiveros Place adjacent to Heritage Park.
After parking, simply follow the CA Real Estate Group event signs leading you to our check-in table.
We recommend arriving about 10 minutes early so you don’t feel rushed getting from your car to your session.
Restrooms
Public restrooms are available at Heritage Park. If you need help locating them, please ask us at the check-in table and we’ll be happy to point you in the right direction.
Refreshments
We’ll have complimentary individually bagged snacks and bottled water available for our guests. Please help yourself while you wait.

We’re excited to welcome back Erin of Captured Grace Photography.
Erin has photographed our client families at this event for years, and we’re thrilled to have her behind the camera again for our 8th Annual Photoshoot.
She’s especially wonderful with families and kiddos, so don’t worry about getting everyone to pose perfectly. That’s part of the fun.
After Your Session
When Will I Receive My Photos?
Erin will select and professionally edit 5–7 of the best images from your session.
Please allow approximately two weeks for editing.
Once they’re ready, we’ll email you a link where you can download your high-resolution digital photos for personal use.
Get Photo-Ready
What Should We Wear?
You don’t have to match. Coordinate instead.
Heritage Park’s gardens, greenery, rustic details and historic buildings provide a beautiful natural backdrop, so neutral, earthy and complementary colors will photograph especially well.
Consider creams, tans, browns, muted greens, denim, soft blues, burgundy or other warm seasonal tones.
Try to avoid large logos, graphics and too many competing patterns that can distract from the people in the photograph.
Most importantly, wear something that feels like you.
Can We Bring Our Pet?
Absolutely. Furry family members are welcome.
Heritage Park requires dogs to remain on a leash at all times, so please keep your pet leashed and supervised throughout the event.
If your pet isn’t comfortable around people, children or other animals, please use discretion. There may be several families nearby throughout the morning.
If your pet won’t be included in every photo, please have someone available to safely hold and supervise them during those shots.
Can We Bring Props?
Yes. Props are welcome and encouraged.
Feel free to bring something fun, seasonal, sentimental or meaningful that helps make your photos uniquely yours.
Because sessions are approximately 10–15 minutes, we recommend keeping props simple and easy to set up so you can spend most of your session in front of the camera.
Good to Know
What If It Rains?
Cloudy skies can actually create beautiful lighting for photos.
However, if rain or other weather conditions make it impractical to hold the photoshoot, we will reschedule the event.
We’ll monitor the forecast as November 7 approaches and contact registered guests if a weather-related change becomes necessary.
What If I Need to Cancel?
We understand that plans change.
Because photoshoot appointments are limited, please let us know as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend. That gives us the opportunity to offer your time to another client.
